Do yourself a favor and work with Carrie Ann! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot to learn. She enthusiastically laid out each step of the way, and was supportive and attentive throughout the whole journey. Her communication and professionalism are top-notch, answering texts as fast as we could type them. We appreciated never feeling pushed into making a decision, and also enjoyed the mutual celebration when we landed on the perfect home for us. Working with Carrie Ann turns a stressful process into one that’s fun. She’s a wealth of knowledge, and if she doesn’t have an answer to a specific question, she probably has five people in her contacts who do. We can’t recommend working with Carrie Ann enough to find the home of your dreams.

We had the pleasure of working with Carrie Ann on a recent "item removal" project. Her client had just purchased a furnished home but did not want to keep all of the furniture but wanted it donated, so the College H.U.N.K.S. team provided item removal service for her client.
Carrie Ann prioritizes her client's interests. She is also an amazing resource for any needs you may have in WNC, as she is very connected! Her professionalism, attention to detail and passion for relationships ensure that her clients have a great experience. If you looking for a dedicated real estate expert (and you also want to make a friend), then Carrie Ann is your choice!

If you are looking to sell your house or wanting to buy one I highly recommend Carrie Ann Chandler and if you are unsure at this time you can still reach out to her and she will guide you in the right direction of your wants and she will provide the options to fit your needs. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would because Carrie Ann Chandler is a professional and very qualified in the realtor business the bonus part about Carrie Ann is she will not stop until her clients are completely satisfied she will stand with you during the whole process.

Carrie Ann is such a joy! She is very competent and knowledgeable, is always professional yet warm. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She helped us find a beautiful home in our price range—something we had begun to believe was impossible around Hendersonville! Carrie Ann Chandler has helped us with two real estate transactions, and I couldn’t be happier with how she handled everything. Buying and selling homes can definitely get stressful, and there were a few times things felt really complicated. But Carrie stayed calm, kept us informed, and always had a plan to keep things moving forward.

Carrie was excellent from our first meeting. She created a plan to sell my parent's house. She worked with the contractors, kept me informed of any issues and the progress. Once the selling process began she continued the process thru the house closing. She was great to work with and I think you should give her a call.

Tami and I had a wonderful experience with Carrie Ann. She was an excellent listener and worked tirelessly to help us find the house that we wanted. She was in close contact with us throughout the entire process. In my opinion, she went far above her job description to see that our needs were met. After the closing, when the extreme cold front came through, she told us how to protect the house and pipes and came out when it was over to turn the water off in the kitchen sink and check for broken pipes. She is much more than a real estate agent to us. She is a friend who has been with us every step of the way. We are thankful every day that we chose her from the GayRealEstate.com website!
